We are a holistic sporting agency that caters for all your needs as a professional athlete. Our two directors, Michael Good and Brett Arthur, have a collective 15 years in the sports industry. They work closely with several sporting unions and teams both locally and abroad, to empower and provide opportunities to every player they represent.
Player Management
We believe in representing good characters we can put our brand behind. Athletes who are ethical, hard-working and loyal. Athletes who are willing to make the sacrifices needed to be successful in the highly competitive industry of professional sport. We consider our athletes as part of the Vontae Sports team and as such are an extension of our family. We will be there to support and guide the athlete’s career regardless of the sporting code and we place a big emphasis on succession planning so that the athlete enjoys longevity throughout their career.
Rugby
Vontae Sports work with all major rugby unions in South Africa. We also work with all rugby bodies across the globe. This equips us with the market knowledge needed to guide careers and negotiate player contracts on behalf of the athlete. We stay afloat with market related news and communicate with the unions to gather constant feedback
Soccer
Vontae Sports is entrenched in each South African soccer league. Majority of our work is done in the PSL and by association the MDC league along with the NFD. We work with foreign associates for placement in Europe and the middle East along with other regions around the globe. Our model is tailored for ambitious players that want to reach the highest level in football.
Commercial
Vontae Sports’ commercial arm of the business is filled with expertise, passion and vision. With over 20 years in brand building, and 10 years in the Sports industry, we have all the required tools to connect brands into the sporting space, at affordable entry levels. Vontae have paired big brands with teams and players and work within many different spaces in the sports market.
